South Carolina native Chef Suzanne Cupps recently opened the doors of her first independent venture, Lola’s in NYC. She is known for her vegetable-forward cooking, nuanced flavors and impeccable sourcing of seasonal ingredients. She has trained under the likes of Chef Michael Anthony at Gramercy Tavern where she has learned tons of tips and tricks to make your veggies tasty and the showstopper at your next dinner party!
