CCL, along with Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) and Vote Solar, reached a settlement with Dominion Energy South Carolina that lowers the utility’s proposed rate increase and secures $6 million in shareholder funds for customer assistance and low-income weatherization programs.
