Give your input on how they should adapt to growth trends and include a Resiliency Element as mandated by state law since Horry County adopted the comprehensive plan in 2019. |

The comprehensive plan is the guiding document for the county’s vision for the future and is fully updated every 10 years, with a review conducted every five years. Horry County is seeking public input in the process through the survey and two in-person meetings in August.
