Born and raised in New York, Kristy Alfano spent nearly 15 years in Colorado before making her way to the Lowcountry with her husband and cat. She joins the Coastal Conservation League with 13 years of nonprofit experience — mostly in fundraising, with some consulting for good measure — and seven years in banking and accounting. Kristy is excited to connect with supporters of the Conservation League’s mission and share how the organization is building impact across our beautiful state. When she’s not in the office, Kristy can be spotted traveling the world, cooking fun meals (especially on football Sunday), and enjoying workouts with a view, like hiking and kayaking.
