After growing up in Durham, North Carolina, Noelle graduated from Appalachian State University in 2024 with degrees in Sustainable Development and Political Science. She discovered her passion for non-profit work while interning with the Nantucket Land and Water Council where she served as their Policy and Land Use Intern focusing on coastal resiliency and wildlife conservation. In January 2026, she moved to Charleston to join the Coastal Conservation League as a Conservation Project Coordinator.
